Hello and welcome! 

Sometimes all of us feel unmoving in life. We feel stuck in relationships and do not know where to turn. It is difficult to get out of your head and heart and look objectively at the problems going on in life. Are there changes you want to make, but you don't know how to make them? Being here is a wonderful start of making things different! Counseling is a great tool for facilitating the changes you need to start feeling better and more in-control of your life.

Our goal is about helping others realize their pain, move through it, grow, and heal. We support clients in a kind, safe, inclusive, and confidential space. If this sounds like you, Austin Women's Counseling is here to help!  We target anxiety, stress management, navigating difficult relationships, healing, and self-growth.  We additionally have a focus on perinatal mental health which includes pregnancy discernment, IVF, postpartum anxiety, postpartum depression, support for new dads, and much more.  Brianne also has a focus working with clients assisting aging parents.

Afterwards, an intake session is scheduled to further assess if continuing with counseling together is beneficial by exploring history, setting goals, and creating a treatment plan.  Clients are seen solely via telehealth and serve the entire state of Texas.
